Minor UI consistency defect: Newly Linked Assets do not show in the Asset section if already expanded; until Asset section collapsed/expanded (or request refreshed)

Reproduce:

 - Expand the Assets section

 - Link an asset to a request

 - Observe it does not appear in the linked assets section - but the number increments in the section header

 - Refresh the request or collapse and re-expand the section to show the asset

Note that this is different behaviour to linked Requests and Services which DO both appear immediately, even if their sections are already expanded.

Issue causes confusion with agents adding multiple assets (changes etc) and checking what they have added.
