Can we change the default message displayed when a group authorisation has been authorised?

Hi All

In some of our authorisations we have a team setup so it spawns an authorisation to all members set to 100% so if one authorises the task is completed. 

However if another authoriser from the same team tries to authorise it they just get a message 'Sorry, you do not have permission to view this page' (Image below). Is it possible to change this text so it can advise something like 'This authorisation has been processed by another member of your team, and no action is required' ? 

I have searched Translations but could not find the text 'sorry, you do not have permission to view this page'. If it is not possible to change this or post a message what would be the best way for the authoriser to know it has been authorised? I could connect them to the request but was hoping there was another easier method

Are these Full Authorisations, or External?

These are full authorisations Steve so users either with a collab or full licence - thanks
