Removing an Organisation from the Organisation Structure

Hi, please can someone advise on the best way of removing an Organisation from the Organisation Structure? We have an Organisation that is no longer part of our structure and needs removing however there are 560 associated users. Does the organisation need to be manually removed from each user or is there a simpler way of doing this?  Many Thanks

You can remove up to 25 Users at a time on the "Associated Users" tab of the Organisation.
