The latest update of Service Manager (3160) has been released to live.

• In built reports - Performance - Open Request by Age not applying criteria {PM00183476}
• A request list shared view will error on loading if team it was shared with has been deleted {PM00183348}
• Service Bulletins - Text and Text Shadow options incorrectly default to 'on' when editing record with options turned 'off' {PM00182766}
• Apply email to request popup does not open correctly after selecting a user {PM00183321}
• Viewing a global SLA on an instance with no services configured fails {PM00183305}
• Unable to set Priority of Incident/Request if Urgencies have been Retired in Assessments area {PM00183279}
• If cursor is in Resolution text box, selecting Category needs two clicks {PM00183233}
• Apply email to request form visibility option default does not work {PM00183234}
