EWA Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 I was wondering if there are any issues if there are any risk in having the same IC and workflow attached to a catalogue item. Basically, I want user to be able to request the same SR in a different place and rather than putting links or switching IC or service - have a catalogue items - e.g. Accounts and the same IC.. and Workflow.
CraigP Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 We do this with our Incident process. We use the same IC and BPM for the majority of the different services and I haven't seen any issue with this. I would imagine the main thing to consider is how technically being different catalog items affects reporting.
