Afternoon All

Hope you are all well.

Please would it be possible to put an enhancement request forward for consideration?

Currently if a change task is automatically created there are no start or due dates added to the task.  Is there a way for automated Change Tasks to have the start date and due date automated as well please?

Kind Regards

Ann

You can use workflow nodes to derive dates for these. We do this for standard change.

When the implementer selects "work completed", it gathers the current date/time and the date/time 30 minutes ago and then puts them into the scheduled start and end fields:

Note my date.time nodes were set-up when these features were in the cloud area; they are now in Service Manager Application node conifg area.
