'Department' in customer details

Hi,

Just looking for a quick confirmation, I hope:
Requests/Get Request Information/Customer Details returns a department value:

• Department [string] : The customer's department. This is only set when the customer is a Co-worker.

Is this the same department that is visible in the Organisations tab against a person's user details?

If someone has more than one 'department' associated there, it seems to return only one, and picks the last, alphabetically speaking?

yes, your assumptions are correct.
Is it the same department that is visible in the Organisations tab against the user details, and in case of multiple departments it only return the last one in alphabetical order.
