Lee C Posted July 25, 2024 Posted July 25, 2024 Hi All This is a feature i quite like in Hornbill but recently just realised it does not display tickets in closed status, is there a way around this? as i like to check back to see what resolved certain tickets Thanks
Steve Giller Posted July 25, 2024 Posted July 25, 2024 You can create a Custom view to show Closed Requests, however the Request List View is designed to show active Requests and with a potentially infinite amount of Closed Requests you may notice issues if you are not filtering fairly aggressively. For viewing Closed Requests we would recommend making use of the Reporting functionality.

Thanks Steve, i guess just having them still show on the follow list would of been handy as its hard to remember the names they were logged under hence the follow list being good for this stuff.
