JJack Posted July 25, 2024 Posted July 25, 2024 Hi, I have received some advice from elsewhere in Hornbill on searching and search results. Some of the suggestions were: When you search for multiple words, the search can work in one of two ways. It can find things that have at least one of words, or it can find things that have all the words. You can force it to do one or the other with the use of "and" or "or" You can influence the results with an explicit AND or OR as above, and you can also force a phrase search as "stolen mobile" which will only find matches that contain both words, in that order and next to each other. None of these - use of AND or OR, use of quotation marks - appear to have anything like the desired effect. Can you advise if there is any way to make a search return results like the above, eg an item that contains word1 AND word2 an item that contains word1 OR word2 an item that contains exactly word1 word2 Thanks.
