Martyn Houghton Posted July 22, 2024 Posted July 22, 2024 For GDPR purposes we often send emails with a large number of BCC recipients on it. However, when viewing the email in the mailbox Sent Items the BCC address are not listed and therefore you are not able to access a delivery report to confirm whether the email was successfully sent to any recipients on the BCC line. Can we request an enhancement to include the BCC recipients when viewing an email in the Sent Items folder and then be able to access the delivery report for each of them. Cheers Martyn
