Hi, 

I have about 5 analysts that are not able to load into the email app, permissions are fine, edge is up to date but it just will not load only the loading container, This is being looked into internally also but curious if this is Hornbill side or not as there's nothing glaringly obvious that's causing it, but then if it was Hornbill I'd expect it to be affecting all?
