Hi  

 

may be missing something here but I have just created a new shared mailbox on hornbill. Followed the procedure and can see the mailbox in Hornbill. It can send email successfully but no email if going into that mailbox if emailed directly. I have checked the mailbox in outlook and it is sending and receiving email fine. 

 

Any ideas?   our other shared mailboxes are still working fine

Hi @Michael M cant see any errors so looks like its not even getting that far ..It is odd as will send email from the shared mailbox. And when i test connection on the inbound etc that is all successful and all the other shared mailboxes work too . strange

When you say 'All' the other mailboxes, isn't it limited to just 2 for receive?

@Jim sorry wasn't aware of that if that is the case then that could be our problem then as we have 2 that are sending and receiving but the 2 new ones are not receiving

@Jim  I think that just relates to licences as you get the first 2 mailboxes included in your subscription you then have to purchase extra ones as and when you need them

@Michael M  yep have checked that and they are different accounts. I have 4 shared mailboxes all named differently and all accessing different microsoft mailboxes. 

When i do all the checks it passes see below ( have cleared the username for obvious reasons) . And the keysafe shows as working too
