User cannot approve/complete task on the activities

Hi,

When the user clicks on the activities to complete them, the page loads and they cannot approve anything. Is it related to role authorization or workflow?

Can you please help me? I have attached the ss.

@Cigdem Turner it might be a bit challenging to troubleshoot this based on the screenshot alone. I recommend raising a support request and asking our support team to look into it.
