We're trying to set up a test run with the DevOps Create Work Item. When we go to create the KeySafe credential we get the below error immediately on hitting connect. We still get into the permissions and get an success banner at the end.

We've then tried to run it through a test workflow and successfully get through the cloud automation node without error but we aren't getting anything through to DevOps. I have that node set up below here with the Description set to the ticket Description and Title set to Summary.

Any ideas on what we're missing? Thanks!

By default, every customer has unlimited access to all free tier integrations within iBridge, as well as a limited number of invocations of the Premium Integration.

On the free tier, a maximum  of 10 Premium Integrations can be invoked per calendar month without requiring the iBridge subscription.

Your organisation is not subscribed to the iBridge module so the error message suggests you have gone over the 10 invocations available per month within the free tier.

Please feel free to reach out to the Customer Success Team customer.success@hornbill.com if you would like to explore adding the Hornbill iBridge to your subscription.

I believe that the issue is a rights issue within Azure.  The connection using a Key Safe entry doesn't use up any of the 10 invocations.  This only occurs when an integration is initiated from a workflow.  From what we can tell, the user accounts that are being used do not have enough rights in Azure in order for Azure to return a key for our Key Safe to use.  Hornbill is successfully receiving the response from Azure but the a field in the response that contains the key is empty.
