Is there a way that when we add a customer visible update onto a ticket that the Customer of that ticket also gets to view this latest update within the email. Currently they just get a link to click that opens up the portal to then view their update?

Hi @Jules2218, there is a way to add the content of the update to the email. The link below has some info about the field to include in the body of the email template.
