The Workflow for this Change is set to lock only the Resolve button (in the first stage) but as of today most of the action buttons have disappeared and gone back to the three standard buttons that you see when the request has no workflow.  Any ideas why the buttons have gone?  The only way I can resume the process is by assigning the request which is not required/appropriate at this stage in the workflow.  I've checked the change configuration in the Service Portfolio and all are ticked.  The only changes to the Workflow made since it was last known to be working are after this stage, I have reverted back to this version and its still not working. Any ideas what I've done / whats happened?!

They are not gone but they only become available once a request is assigned (at least to a team).

Thanks @Victor the Change is assigned in the first stage too, so I am expecting the button to become available by the second Stage (Classification stage is purely processing with no interaction) and indeed how it has been working for the last few weeks whilst this has been in development

Of course @Victor you're right :) The request is unassigned, however it has passed through this node and set the checkpoint, but not actually assigned it, so am I missing something else? I feel like this is staring me in the face...

At first glance, I would say "IT Change Management" team is not supporting the service on the request...

Classic and on my mental checklist every time that one 🙂
