Sam P Posted July 8, 2024 Posted July 8, 2024 I have some override flags that show these two options (plus a label) if both are not set: When one is set, the other one (and the label) is hidden, which works well unless you have selected one of the radio buttons in Service B and then decide to change your mind, as there is no ability to unselect it: In this scenario the ONLY way to clear the radio button is by refreshing the whole page which results in loss of inputted data to this point. I would like to see if anyone have any suggestions on how I might manage this better? Or could Hornbill provide the ability to unselect a radio button, by clicking on the selected radio button a second time? Thanks
Steve Giller Posted July 9, 2024 Posted July 9, 2024 Have three options, with the 3rd being "None" (i.e. unselected) The design of a Radio Button is supposed to be that it mimics the physical buttons on old radio sets where only one can be pressed at a time (hence the name) and there was no option to have no buttons.
