Hello,

Is anyone aware of a reporting filter that will report the date/time a ticket was assigned to an analyst, not just raised to a team? I'm creating a report for one of our services and they want to see if their analysts are picking up old tickets and not just picking up the most recent ones. I thought there would be something like "Date assigned", but can't find anything that matches.

You should be able to see this "live" simply by looking at the Request List View - simply sort by "Date Logged" and ensure that the "Owner" column is visible.
