Hi,
I was looking forward to the increased detail on storage usage, but notice:
1) the Total Usage seems to be missing something - I see nn.n GB/- (instead of formerly nn.n GB/nn.n GB)
2) the biggest portion of our usage is characterised as 'Other'. Can you elaborate on what is included in Collaboration Storage, Service Manager Storage, Workflow Engine Storage ?

We also seem to have more questions than answers after looking at this page...

  • Our Mail storage on the new pie is 37gb, but looking at the actual mailbox sizes in admin/platform/email/shared-mailboxes/, this should be a LOT less
  • I'm surprised that Document Manager files aren't included in the pie, I suspect these may be included in the Other slice (but IMO should really be separate like SM)
  • I'm a little surprised / frustrated that a massive chunk of our storage is being eaten up by Workflow Engine, yet there is no (easy) way to remove the pages upon pages of Completed Workflows which must be taking up space (or set a retention period for completed workflows)
  • Request Attachments: these are definitely our (and maybe other customers) the biggest priority in terms of space saving, so again would be good to see this split on the pie

I hope this is the first stage of doing something with the information. There's another thread for example asking Hornbill to put in place something to purge the stored legacy BPM versions that are no longer in use.
