Isobellucas Posted July 4 Share Posted July 4 Hi, I need to allow an external company to be able to login to our hornbill tenant to raise tickets. I've tried creating a guest account and logging it but i get a error: Error It was not possible to validate the supplied user credentials. I also need to set them up with MFA when logging in how do I do this? i've tried changing the toggle to say MFA > Email but then when i try to login it says the 2FA failed. any help would be highly appreciated! Typically, external companies would be set up as a Contact and External Organization and they they gain access using the Customer Portal.
