Is it somehow possible to @ a team so they all get a heads up in service manager?
If not I'd like to request this feature.

Though this would need to be at least somewhat limited, probably at minimum to only licensed users, or only when in an analyst context, so as to avoid basic users pinging entire teams. Possibly configurable per team, in a somewhat similar way to assign permissions (albeit somewhere else, I'm sure).

@HHH Where are you intending to mention "Teams" so they get a notification? Also, are we talking about "Teams" specifically (i.e. a group of Service Manager Users supporting a Service) or something else?

@Steve Giller Yes teams as defined in the organisational structure in Hornbill. A group of Service Manager Users supporting a Service (full users only)
