I'm looking to email a number of non-licenced/basic users in a particular team as part of multiple business processes. The users in question have all been added to a "Department" in the Hornbill organisation for this purpose, but I've discovered the outcome of the "Get email addresses for group members" node when run on this Department is "email addresses not found". Further testing has resulted in me finding that if I add myself to the department then it returns my email address only, suggesting it only returns licenced users' details.

I can understand there being situations where you would want to only retrieve the licenced users in a group, but is it not possible to add a parameter to say you want to include basic users too?

I can always just hardcode the email addresses into each business process, but I was hoping I could take a more fluid approach where any changes to the "distribution list" could just be made in one place in Hornbill.
