Unable to save changes to existing Service Domain

I don't seem to be able to save changes to an existing Service Domain (change name, add or change a description) - the Save Changes button is not highlighted, and even when I change one of the Settings sliders, the button is activated and can be clicked but the changes are not saved.

Can anyone help with this please?  I have tried again this morning and still cannot edit the name of an existing Service Domain. Thanks

Save Changes does not save any alterations you make in the top half of the page, they are saved using the Save Translation button.

I'm having no issues with changes persisting on my Instance when using the Save Translation button to save the name change, nor when using the Save Changes button to save the settings changes.

I had this last week and tried the Save Translation button eventually which worked. It wasn't clear to me what to do, maybe the wording of the button needs changing? I know what to do in future though if not.
