Peter Clough Posted June 27, 2024 Posted June 27, 2024 When configuring custom buttons on requests, there is the option to display the buttons in a dropdown. We currently have this set to happen if there are more than 3 buttons, however this never seems to be triggering, and instead lists all of them regardless. For example, on a request I am currently looking at, there are 5 buttons listed out. (Sorry, unable to add screenshots.) I did have a brief search through the application settings, but didn't find anything that might be relevant. Is this a fault in our instance, or have we missed something?
Steve Giller Posted June 27, 2024 Posted June 27, 2024 Custom Button settings are per Request Type - can you check that you have not set the value to 3 on Incidents but can see 5 on Service Requests, for example?
