The button to expand collapsed comments is not highlighted

Since the new look, the collapsed comments are no longer highlighted with a different color, so users might miss some comments.
Is there a way to make it more prominent?

Thanks for your post.  It is possible to add a screen shot or describe the area where this is happening?  There are a few places where comments are used.

@James Ainsworth In the timeline when the comments are collapsed due to it being many, the icon for "show more comments" is reported by some of our analysts to be to inconspicuous and they sometimes miss that there are further comments in the collapsed part.
To be honest, I'm not really sure what I'm after here, but a bit more prominent icon (yellowed in screenshot).

Thanks for the update.  I'll feed this back to the development teams.  I can see that in the context of a request, having this more prominent would help users be aware that there is more information to view.
