JJack Posted June 27, 2024 Posted June 27, 2024 Hi, Within a business process, I want to find what Team or Teams the person actioning a call belongs to. These 'teams' are the sort of thing that appear in the dropdown list if you go to Assign a call. Is there a suitable node I can use? I see there is a Get User Groups task allowing up to 10 'organisational groups' to be retrieved but I can't find any guidance on what the possible values are to enter in the 'Group Type' selection. Thanks for any help.

JJack Posted June 27, 2024 Author Posted June 27, 2024 Ah sorry, don't know how I missed that. Thanks @Steve Giller I see only 10 Teams returned. Should be enough for most people. I've wondered before, there is no method of marking one of the teams a person belongs to as their main or preferred team?

No. (This is discussed elsewhere so I won't elaborate.) You can, however, store the "Main" team in a Custom Field against the User, and utilise that in any Workflow (I would recommend storing the ID, not the Name.) 1
