Project Progress Bars feint / cannot clearly percentage

I am finding that most of the Project progress bars are now feint which results in the percentage text becoming unclear - is this working as expected?  I recall them being much bolder / as bold as the status before.  If I need to change a setting please let me know:

We are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. Hopefully there will be an update shortly.
