Adding Images to Requests

Hi, 

 

I am noticing when adding images to the requests it allows me to upload multiple but errors, If I only add one it works. Could this be looked into to either work with adding multiple or not allow it so doesn't seem like it should work

I am aware we can add as attachments but we want to just see the image in the timeline

Hi @Jim

This has been fixed and will be released in a future update once the relevant testing process has been completed.

The UI will no longer allow multiple images to be uploaded.

If you want to show multiple images on a post (e.g. to illustrate a sequence of steps) then you would need to post image 1 on the Update and subsequent images on comments under the original post.
