Custom Button drop-down is "sticky" and I like it; now how about the Request header, actions and info box

I saw that the custom button drop-down box scrolled with the Request:

Open at the top:

And still open when scrolled down the timeline:

I like it.

So how about bringing that in for the title, actions and info box as per this

Sadly that's kind of like saying "I like the way aeroplanes fly, why not do that for cars?"
It's not that it's impossible, but they're two completely different things and it's unfortunately not as simple as copying functionality between elements.
