Stuart Torres-Catmur Posted June 24, 2024 Posted June 24, 2024 When logging a request for himself, a colleague noticed the feedback star rating showing was low and wanted to find out why this was. We can't work out where or how this star rating is generated or how to drill down to the details. Are we missing something? I've attached a screenshot of what I'm talking about showing my own star rating. Where is this generated from please? And how can be get a view of this without logging a request?
ArmandoDM Posted June 24, 2024 Posted June 24, 2024 @Stuart Torres-Catmur the rating comes from the average value in h_itsm_requests.h_rating . I'm not aware of any view or drill down functionality to show the details Regards Armando
Stuart Torres-Catmur Posted June 24, 2024 Author Posted June 24, 2024 @ArmandoDM Thank you. That does beg the question: what is this feature for?
ArmandoDM Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Good morning @Stuart Torres-Catmur below is a link to the documentation where you can find out more about customer feedback. https://docs.hornbill.com/servicemanager-user-guide/service-portfolio/customer-feedback Hope this helps Regards Armando
Stuart Torres-Catmur Posted June 26, 2024 Author Posted June 26, 2024 @ArmandoDM thank you. This fills in the blanks for me nicely. 1
