Service Manager - Timeline Filter

Afternoon All

Hope you are well.

Please would it be possible to request an enhancement to Service Manager Timeline?  Currently it is possible to filter the timeline entries, however if you filter on 'Updates' it works but misses out other parts and is quite cumbersome to use.  Is it possible to add a check box next to each option so you can simply tick the boxes of the options you require in one go rather than having to select an option, it filters and then having to go back into the filters to select another.

Thank you for this, unfortunately this has not worked for us and each selection takes out out of the filter list and we then have to reopen the list to make another selection.

There was a misunderstanding of the requirements here - we are investigating whether the dropdown can stay open for multiple selections, but currently that is not the behaviour. You can select multiple options, but one at a time.
