Timeline not showing when selected in print request function

Hi

I am trying to print / generate a pdf showing the timeline of a request - however although timeline is selected in the output nothing is showing in the generated PDF? Example below shows the output selected and 2nd image shows the output missing the timeline data in the generated PDF print file

What is on the actual timeline, what visibility do the entries have, and what are the Timeline Options set to?

Hi Steve - I raised it against an SR earlier but checked another IN just now - same issue - this IN has 3 lines customer facing and 3 lines team facing on the timeline (1st image) but nothing showing in the print file (2nd image). I also checked the sub print timeline options and all 3 are turned on by default (3rd image).

I also did notice as well if you go into the information options, or print options when trying to print the request freezes and I get the error message (4th image) and can not refresh the page unless i close down the window showing the print.

I've had a few days off poorly - I missed that we have identified an issue here and Defect KE00182990 will address both issues.
