Published Problem/known issue - work around showing on portal even though the "include workaround" box isn't ticked.

Morning, I've looked on the community to see if anyone else has had this issue but can't find anything related.

I've added a workaround into a Problem record, and published the problem as a known issue to the employee portal.

I didn't tick the box to include the workaround as it's something we don't want users to try themselves, and instead asked users to contact the service desk, in the details of the published problem, however, the full workaround I published for the service desk to use was still published to the portal.

Is this a bug or is it normal behaviour? I expected that it wouldn't be visible to anyone outside the service desk team as I didn't tick the "include workaround" box, also, the workaround update itself was marked as visible to Team.
