websocket error, real time notifications are not available

Hi,
I've started seeing a pop-up at the bottom right of some Hornbill pages.

I haven't worked out when I see it, not what it's preventing me doing or seeing.

I'm not aware of any change to our infrastructure that could account for this, just wanted to check if there is any obvious reason for it?

we get similar, and it looks like theres no functionality in its disconnected state, our networks team are investigating from our local end - as i believe its a network blip/timeout
