New Update: iBridge Content Pack (722)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of iBridge Content Pack (722) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

Change
  • Cloud Automation: Service Now Contacts Exists Function now provides the sys_id one a successful search of a record. Users are now searchable on Name, Email or Sys Id. When Creating a Case IF Service Now is set up to accept 'integrations' as a Customer Type you will be able to create Cases against this type.
