Harry Hornbill Posted June 14 Share Posted June 14 Hello everyone, The latest update of iBridge Content Pack (722) has been released to live.The change log for this update is as follows:ChangeCloud Automation: Service Now Contacts Exists Function now provides the sys_id one a successful search of a record. Users are now searchable on Name, Email or Sys Id. When Creating a Case IF Service Now is set up to accept 'integrations' as a Customer Type you will be able to create Cases against this type.
