HHH Posted June 12 Share Posted June 12 I have a workflow which checks that assigns the request depending on coworker country but it doesn't work as expected. I check for Country in get customer information and if it for example is SE or Sweden, assigns the request to our Swedish service desk. (Hornbill Automations->Get Customer Information->Country) However the lookup seems to fail and the requests get assigned to the default/failover team. How is Country stored?
