Country lookup in Workflow

I have a workflow which checks that assigns the request depending on coworker country but it doesn't work as expected. I check for Country in get customer information and if it for example is SE or Sweden, assigns the request to our Swedish service desk. (Hornbill Automations->Get Customer Information->Country)
However the lookup seems to fail and the requests get assigned to the default/failover team.
How is Country stored? Is SE or Sweden correct to look for or is it something else?

@HHH easiest way to troubleshoot this is to output the content of Hornbill Automations->Get Customer Information->Country into request timeline then you will now the exact value that is being returned there ...
