We're currently looking for any other hornbill Service Manager users who may be using Asset Management in Hornbill to manage the asset records for our user issued equipment.

We're replacing a bespoke database and looking to understanding where Hornbill would be strong, or missing key functionality. We aren't adverse to creating reporting or other functionality outside of the product, but want to understand where others have had to.

It would be tracking the equipment through it's lifecycle, and we'd need to generate reports to do cross charging and the such.

Is anyone already using Hornbill for this?
