sam reynolds Posted June 6, 2024 Posted June 6, 2024 Hi all, We are exploring the use of Connections and how these may work for our business but one area we are unsure on is the ability for Connections to view and add to the 'Details' section of the call. We have created bespoke questions / prompts for a service in the Details Form section of the Service and I have found the following in the system which i am unsure on - is there any value in switching us from our current setting of 'Customer' to 'Owner' to be able to view and add to the Details or is this view not possible. Jim Posted June 6, 2024 Posted June 6, 2024 I think that's just the visibility of the action that someone added a connection, In the service portfolio you can manage access and collaboration to update the timeline etc, I don't think details and summary can be edited by a customer however, but they can write timeline updates 1
