Jim Posted June 5, 2024 Posted June 5, 2024 Getting a lot of frozen requests coming through lately on a process that hasn't been updated in a while to cause errors, it seems to be 'In progress' yet this entry is repeated over and over and over, any ideas? I can't even force it to continue or even copy these requests as they are part of our onboarding processes which does an awful lot
Steve Giller Posted June 17, 2024 Posted June 17, 2024 This is not a failure of the Workflow, you will see this every time a Process checks to see if it needs to resume and doesn't. It is purely a technical error, will appear multiple times in almost every Workflow and can safely be ignored.
