Getting a lot of frozen requests coming through lately on a process that hasn't been updated in a while to cause errors, 

it seems to be 'In progress' yet this entry is repeated over and over and over,  any ideas? I can't even force it to continue or even copy these requests as they are part of our onboarding processes which does an awful lot

This is not a failure of the Workflow, you will see this every time a Process checks to see if it needs to resume and doesn't.

It is purely a technical error, will appear multiple times in almost every Workflow and can safely be ignored.
