Shared views custom fields export

Not sure if I have asked this before, but to be able to export custom fields from the requests list I have had to tell every analyst to create there own view and add the custom fields, 

Surely it would be better that when exporting they get the option to export the custom fields? it seems daft to have to copy the same view for every single user
