Kiosk Mode for Employee Portal.

Hi All,

We currently have a bar in the IT department where users are asked to raise a ticket before their issue will be looked into. Is there a kiosk mode where users don't need to log on? Perhaps a drop down list of enrolled users?

No, but you could create a User for the "IT Bar" that remains logged in on that machine, then have a "Who are you" node at the start of the Capture, with a dynamic Customer selector, and then assign that User as the Customer in the Workflow.

Any potential issues with a permanently logged-on machine would have to be carefully considered, of course.
