The latest update of Service Manager (3107) has been released to live.

• Allow questions that are hidden on Intelligent Capture to also be hidden from request details when viewing in the portals {CH00181788}

• Request List UI - Removed bold font for unread requests following customer feedback, corrected on-hold row formatting in dark mode to respect the app settings and altered the summary column text to show as text instead of a link for improved contrast
• Attachment link within a timeline entry does not download the file if it contains an apostrophe {PM00182074}
