will.good Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Hi, It would be helpful for us if (when using the links widget on the employee portal) you could define visibility on links. I envisage this working the same way as the subscriber list for services, in that you can choose an organisation/site/company etc. that can either be included or excluded from viewing a service. Use case is that we have our companies set up as Hourly Paid / Salaried / Head Office etc to define different population types across our business, and there are times we may want to link so something that may only be suitable for one population and not the other.
Daniel Dekel Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Hello @will.good, Sorry for the delay. Wanted to inform you that we are having some internal conversations between our teams about this matter because this is not the first time someone asks for something similar. I will keep you informed when I have some more details. Regards, Daniel. 1
Daniel Dekel Posted June 20 Posted June 20 Hello @will.good, We've been discussing about your request and it makes sense to add it. I just wanted to clarify with other teams because there was a similar request by other customer and I wanted to make sure is all taken in account. It will be implemented in a similar way to the Subscribers in the Service Portfolio but without the options related to the external customers. It will take some time to implement it as we have other things in our backlog, but is in our list. I'll keep you updated about the change, Regards, Daniel. 1
