Giuseppe Iannacone Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 We have enabled the timeline update via email to the customer and it's working fine, but to me it seems there's no field for the timeline content to be added to the notification, or am I wrong?
Jim Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 you should be able to use this field, as it only triggers when the timeline visibility is set to customer anyway {{RequestLastActivity.H_updated}}
