Hi All,

Probably a simple question, but would you say it was accurate to say when setting up a keysafe item to support hornbill in accessing an exchange shared mailbox, that it was setting up an "app registration" in Microsoft/Entra.

Does the admin account used to set it up need delegated access to the shared mailbox, or does adding that shared mailbox come later?

Really keen to be pointed to instructions if they exist, I couldn't find any specifically relating to this.
