katy_palmer Posted May 22, 2024 Posted May 22, 2024 Is there a way to update/change the setting so that you can record a time against multiple support requests at once in the same way you can update, assign, place on hold/take off hold, resolve, close. We cannot find the setting or know if one exists? Please help!
James Ainsworth Posted May 22, 2024 Posted May 22, 2024 Hi @katy_palmer Thanks for your post. There isn't currently an option for recording time against multiple requests. Going forward we hope to have the Multiple Select Request Actions feature provide the same actions as on a single request. The time capture may provide some challenges. For example, if you are updating 5 requests and that takes 5 minutes, and each requests records 5 minutes of time we would have to make sure that you don't accumulated 25 minutes of work as a user.
