Jim Posted May 22, 2024 Posted May 22, 2024 Hi, I seem to recall a setting a long time ago that was along the lines of setting employeeId does not need to be unique, I get errors on the user imports stating the employeeId already exists for multiple accounts, (We do have multiple accounts for some users due to certain applications) Can anyone help me remember where that setting lived?
James Ainsworth Posted May 22, 2024 Posted May 22, 2024 Hi Jim, I'm not aware of a setting for disabling the need for unique Employee IDs. There is a setting for disabling unique Handle/Display Name. Could this be what you were thinking of?

The Employee ID has specifically be designed to require a unique value. I can forward the request to development, but this is unlikely to change. 1
