David Hall Posted May 20 Share Posted May 20 Hi @EWA Requests need to be taken off hold before they can be resolved in order to maintain the timer/target values so from the UI resolving while on hold is not currently possible. Regarding having to add a reason for on/off hold this can be controlled in the sub-status form for whichever sub-status you wish. Kind regards, Dave.
