Onhold to Resolving

Hello,

 

is there a way to enable use to set a ticket to resolve it without Taking Off Hold first?

 

and could the requirements for adding a reason off/on hold be removed?

Hi @EWA

Requests need to be taken off hold before they can be resolved in order to maintain the timer/target values so from the UI resolving while on hold is not currently possible.

Regarding having to add a reason for on/off hold this can be controlled in the sub-status form for whichever sub-status you wish.
