Thanks for your post and for pointing this out.  One of the great things about our new documentation system is that we also have the ability to provide in context help within different areas of Hornbill.  For example what is likely to change here is that the Application Documentation link will change to a ? icon and when clicked on, it will display a popup with a list of things that you need to consider when renaming rather than taking someone to a generic page in documentation.
