Hey everyone, hopefully quick question:

When a person has roles configured to be able to send from multiple mailboxes from within jobs, what determines your default mailbox. Is it just the chronological order those roles were added to your User profile?

The Default Mailbox when sending from the Request Action will be the Mailbox that is specified against the Service.

In the Mail view the "default" will be the Mailbox that the User has chosen to pin
