LawesD Posted May 16, 2024 Posted May 16, 2024 Hey everyone, hopefully quick question: When a person has roles configured to be able to send from multiple mailboxes from within jobs, what determines your default mailbox. Is it just the chronological order those roles were added to your User profile? Thanks as always
Steve Giller Posted May 16, 2024 Posted May 16, 2024 The Default Mailbox when sending from the Request Action will be the Mailbox that is specified against the Service. In the Mail view the "default" will be the Mailbox that the User has chosen to pin 1
